General ManagerJob Description

Manage team of 15-40 people both Thai and International Colleagues

To be accountable for the profitable top line and bottom line performance.

Lead, develop, motivate and empower employees to deliver operational best practice, identifying opportunities and making recommendations for improving efficiency.

Create a strong working relationship with all staff and help to develop their maximum potential.

Own P&L by setting and driving KPIs
-
Working along with CEO and board of director to drive strategic initiatives
Qualifications

Bachelor and/or Master degree in business or related field
-
English speaking skills
-
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Highly organized professional with outstanding leadership skills and extensive hands-on experience.

Proactive with ability in multitask

Sound decision making
Work Location : Spring Tower
Benefits:
• Salary: 80,000-120,000 THB depending on experience, plus Annual performance bonus

HR ManagerJob Description

Manpower planning and recruitment: establish manpower planning in line with business strategy & plan and recruit the right employee.

Performance management assessment and training: manage performance management, talent assessment and development, succession planning, team development, high-potential development, leadership coaching, mentoring and cross-training and preparing training budget.

Employee relations & communication: responsible and ensure the effectiveness of employee engagement, internal communication, company culture, company activities and other services.

Ensure that we build and maintain a positive culture

Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Qualifications
-
Bachelor in Human Resources Management, Social Science, Business Administration or related field
-
At least 5 year experience in HR Field
-
Good command of English and Thai
-
Strong leadership ability with good interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of strategic planning
-
Proactive with ability in multitask
